It depends on the scope. For entrepreneurs and small businesses we work with fixed-price packages; for mid-size and large companies we prepare a tailored proposal once we understand your needs. Either way, you know what you'll pay before we start.
How long does it take?
A website is usually ready in 1 to 2 weeks, an online store in 2 to 4, an automation in 2 to 6 and an MVP in 6 to 12 weeks. Enterprise projects are planned in phases, with deliveries every two weeks.
If you use AI, who is accountable for the result?
We are. AI speeds up design, code and testing, but senior engineers review every delivery and a named person at Arttic is accountable for your project. AI doesn't make decisions for you or approve deliveries.
Is my information safe?
Yes. We only use enterprise-grade AI tools that don't train models on your information, we never put your code or data into a public AI, and every project goes through a cybersecurity review. We handle personal data in accordance with Colombia's data protection law (Law 1581 of 2012).
Are the code, the domain and the data mine?
Yes. Your domain, accounts and data stay in your name, and your solution's code and documentation are handed over to you as agreed in the proposal.
What happens after launch?
We support the go-live until everything is stable, train you and hand over the documentation. Then you can choose a care or support plan with service levels to keep your solution secure, up to date and evolving.
